Original – Just Walk Through

Original pastel painting I started in plein air and finished in my studio. Traveling to France several years ago was a special treat that allowed me to paint so many beautiful landscapes. “Just Walk Through” is a painting of a garden door. I couldn’t see what was on the other side, but the beauty of the door and the surroundings as well as the unknown of what lies beyond it captured my attention. Life is this way. We see doors without knowing what lies beyond… just walk through!
